Did you fix the problem we're not dealing with airflow we're dealing with water flow going the opposite direction

They make aftermarket pumps that are amazing and they make bullet impellers that are amazing a lot cheaper and easier just to replace them last a lot longer instead of hacking on it

I want a automatic alh golf. I have a 5 speed alh now and I waste a lot of fuel in town. Highway driving for hours on end my 5 speed would be better but I think doing your tune up to an automatic will be better for driving in town with alot of stop and go.

What oil are you using ?

You can remove the rubber and blend the plate a little bit, if only the left side works. Be gentle with the rubber!

Power itself is usually obtained through tune, watermeth does wonders on full boost, cleaning all carbon deposits, cooling down your Exhaust gasses( especially if you like me have the EGR deleted) good stuff.

Can you use NBR orings on these valves?

I got a MK3 jetta that broke an instrument cluster(no gas guage, speedometer, etc) and i found a replacement in a junkyard. That one worked for a few months but died, too. Have you worked on a VW like that?
